T. David Burgess, President and CEO

Is the founder and has served as President and CEO since the inception of Universal Services Corporation in 1993.  Dave has developed and perfected multiple systems for operation, reservations, and exchange, which continue to be used at properties around the country.  Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and has studied extensively in several other disciplines.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee.

In addition to Dave, USC has many experience team members who combined have over 75 years of experience in condominium and interval owner association management waiting to help you.
